"The technician arrived today and did a thorough cleaning of my AC unit and showed me the part that needed to be replaced. He took pictures so that I could send them to my family who will be paying for the unit. They have been a very good service and I am on there yearly maintenance plan which is 1495 a month and I get maintenance visits twice a year. That does not pay for parts and labor but it does pay for the maintenance which is extensive. I appreciate their service today."
