"We have taken our cars here for significant work and been disappointed by the results three times in a row. There have been issues due to what appears to be laziness and truly a lack of service. We brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation and the next day I had to bring it back because both back tires had low air. When I brought it back and to their attention I was told “sounds like you need new tires.” I don’t need new tires I just needed the service I paid for which was a full inspection, oil change and tire rotation. I do not recommend bringing your car here."

"This shop is great! As a female car enthusiast there have been countless times in my life when repair shops have tried to tell me that my car needed this or that when I knew it didn’t. Then they talk down to me as if I’m an idiot when I call them out. Pro Auto Care is honest, fair priced and incredibly responsive. They got the alternator, alt belt, and power steering pump all fixed up on my teen daughter’s 2008 Honda accord. They also restored the headlights to look like new! And they were very honest about the pros and cons of servicing a transmission which I am very familiar with. For once no one tried to sell me by only telling one side of the story! I couldn’t be happier or more relieved to have found a good shop!! Thank you Rick and Pro Auto Care for your wonderful service!"
