"We recently purchased a 2010 LR4 LUX (our 3rd Land Rover, last two were LR3's) and our daughter was so excited that it had the TV screens but, the remote control had old batteries in it and they had corroded the contacts to the point that they broke when trying to clean (I'm in electronics). Only fix was a replacement remote and low and behold Roverland parts came thru! Works like it should and looked brand new:) Will come back for other things as needed."

"I was waiting to get my vehicle back before writing my review, but after reading through some of the other reviews, I now have to lower my review. It's based on things that are true. 1. I asked if there was a military discount, and I was told that there wasn't. Upon reading a review below, I now know that this isn't true. I was told by not 1 person working but two people at the front that there wasn't a military discount. That doesn't set well with me. 2. The next hurdle was actually the time it took for someone to look at my vehicle and the phone calls I had to make in order for me to get any updates. After it was diagnosed after sitting for well over a week, I didn't even get a call to see if I wanted the work completed. The used part was very overpriced. It was basically 100+ under what a new part from Land Rover would have cost. 3. Lack of communication all the way around was disjointed and, for the most part, non-existent on their end. The job went from a $400+ job to $1,375.00. Granted, $300 was from the Tow. Huge difference without much explanation. In the end, the job was completed, but I am not sure that prices aren't jacked up depending on who walks through the door. Maybe I'll have a better experience next go around. "I would highly recommend working with this company for factory quality, rebuilt/refurbished parts. They sent my order promptly and help me troubleshoot through some air suspension issues I was having on my 2011 Land Rover LR4 the staff who answered the phone was very helpful. I will be buying from them in the future."
