"I have been going to Franklin Car Care for over... TEN YEARS now!! When I moved across town I googled the best rated auto shop in the area and Franklin had the highest number of stars and the most positive reviews. Jeff and his daughter have been great to work with and they always remember my name when I call and know exactly who they're talking to. I'm a single female and I've always been worried about taking a car to an auto shop myself instead of having a boyfriend or another man drop it off because I don't want to be taken advantage of, but I have never felt that way once and I actually trust this auto shop and these guys.. something I never thought I'd say lol. On more than one occasion Jeff didn't even charge me for a few minor things I needed to get looked at or fixed.. like what!?? On top of everything the prices are so good. I started going there as a broke college student and although I'm still broke now, I know I'll be charged more than fairly. I don't really write any google reviews unless something is really really bad or really really good, and this is one of those times. I'll continue to use Franklin as my auto shop for as long as I possibly can."
