"Hello all I went to Auto Zone in Tampa Palms on Cross Creek and needed assistance with installing my new windshield wiper because Sam’s club did not offer this incentive for free installation unless you bought the product from Sam’s. That was not the case with me, so I went inside the Auto Zone Rep. Devin C immediately greeted me with superb customer service and addresses my concern and immediately walked outside to assist me with my windshield wiper blade installation. I was so happy that it fit my car and he did it so quickly and efficiently. I wanted to tip him on the spot. Thank you Devin C. Keep up the great work you do at Auto Zone."
"I visited this place three times in the last month. They have the rudest, worst- mannered, most unprofessional staff I have ever seen. They don't greet you, they don't acknowledge you or your presence. In my last visit, I bought a few cans of clear coat, the guy at the register was chatting the whole time with his buddy. He handed me the cans and the receipt like he couldn't wait for me to disappear forever. He didn't even bother to put the cans in a bag. Like I am supposed to put them in my pocket or something. I will stick to ordering my car stuff on Amazon. I get better quality things there anyways. But, yeah, if you heard of the Florida man and you want to meet one in person, come to this store."
"Woke up to a dead battery:-( Dealer cant get me in until the next day! Tow truck guy recommended AutoZone. Drove straight there, they had my hard to find battery in stock, cheaper than the dealer. Kyrese was so helpful and had my old battery out and and the new one in in less than 10 minutes! They installed it right in the parking lot! Professional knowledgeable staff. I would highly recommend"
