"Dr. Cox was incredibly kind and has a gift for working with children! My 6 month old ending up needing meds for an ear infection and we were in and out quickly and efficiently. Kristy, our nurse, was so patient and I couldn’t say enough great things about our visit! Hoping we don’t have to come back but very pleased with our experience!"

"I was on vacation from out of state and I went in on Sunday because I had a fishing hook stuck in my foot. I tried to remove it myself but was unable. The entire staff was great and super friendly…but the real hero was the nurse practitioner I saw, Allison Vigel. They had mentioned the possibility of me having to go to the ER….but she was willing to try to get it out for me so I could avoid another trip and wait time at a different facility. They handled everything very professionally from start to finish. She was great to explain everything to me…including why she was prescribing certain medications. I was hobbling out of there in no time and the last day of my vacation was not ruined. Thanks again for providing such excellent care!!!"

"I recently visited Ascension Sacred Heart Urgent Care - Perdido and was quite disappointed with my initial experience. Upon arrival, I waited for about an hour and a half in the waiting room as the fourth person in line. When it was finally my turn, the intake receptionist asked me several personal questions quite loudly in the public setting of the waiting room. I was expecting this after overhearing every patient in front of me go through the same process. I was truly shocked that such personal details weren’t handled in private. The receptionist confirmed my full name, birthday, address, and phone number out loud, for everyone to hear. Then discussed the illnesses and symptoms I had experienced that brought me in the first place. I have never been in a medical setting where my personal information was broadcasted so openly. I did notice several white noise machines in the area, but none were turned on. Even if they had been, I doubt they would have been effective in muffling the receptionist’s voice. However, once I was called to the back, the experience improved significantly. The nursing staff was great, and Jordan, the physician's assistant, was incredible. He was kind, attentive, and very thorough in explaining my illness. He had outstanding bedside manner and took the time to listen to my concerns. Jordan made sure I understood my treatment moving forward and provided clear instructions on symptoms to look out for. Overall, while the initial intake process was concerning due to the lack of privacy, the care I received from the nursing staff and Jordan was exceptional."

"Great customer service was provided for my son today. Christina at the front desk was so nice and helped assist us as we are here visiting from out of state. Kristie the doctor’s assistant/nurse was also very nice and compassionate. Dr. Crawford was very professional and he also took his time to insure my son understood everything that was going on.
