"To follow my husband Hong Dinh's review, I would like to add that is company First in Tampa Bay Real Estate was there to scam you. I remembered the first month Jolene spouse Nicole managed the property, they kept us informed on everything. Then right after the first month they swift over to Jolene to manage. All the bad things showed up. Be aware this trap if you think of hiring this company to mange your property. They dare to do everything on your money without your consent."
"Good luck trying to get in touch with anyone in the office after signing your lease. Move in day and the house was never cleaned, furniture and decor still on the walls, no garage door opener ect. Tried to call at 2pm to address this with our contact Jolene, never heard back. Glad I didn't have a truck waiting on move in. My husband and I had to spend over 2 hours cleaning. I doubt they even look or inspect the property. Completely hands off except when you're paying them the 2k a month in rent. Completely unsatisfied with Jolene and her complete lack of attention."
