"The staff has been amazing and friendly throughout my stay. They were accommodating when I made a clerical error in my reservation. The hotel is superbly clean. If I find myself in the area again I will be staying here."

"It was ideally placed to a client location we were visiting. It was a first choice from that perspective. However, we later realised that it is close to a whole lot of restaurants in the vicinity. We were able to explore every meal that we had here. McDonald’s is the closest by walk. It is pretty dark here in the night and one could avoid the walk though! There is a pathway for the morning takers. It was full of people jogging and cycling on the stretch in front of the hotel. There is enough and more parking available here too! Restaurant at the hotel is limited but can make do for a quick grab. Staff was friendly and we had some good laughs together!"

"Great location and rooms, and that is the only reason for the 4 stars, otherwise it's a sold 2...even though they are super nice there is lacking service in the afternoon and evenings in the bar/restaurant and front desk. They hide in the back and do not check to see if anyone needs anything...Sunday it was so cold in the lobby it made it impossible to sit down there. When I asked the front to correct it - it's 65 degrees inside.....I was told the thermostat is in the manager's office and she isn't here, and there is nothing to do. While this may be true - this is not acceptable. I travel 300 days a year and enjoy sitting in the lobby to work and have a couple beers in the evenings.. It was impossible here; no one to get the beer and it was freezing."

"The place was located near restaurants and stores that are easily accessible. It was very clean and the rooms were big and spacious. At times it was difficult to get any service at the small restaurant in the front. They have a small great gym to work out. There is a small pool outside in the patio."

"The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the room was a perfect size and the bed was super comfortable. It was my first time visiting Tampa and although it was a short stay at this property, the hotel staff were accommodating from the time I checked in til check out. I would definitely return to this property when I come back to Tampa."
