"I must say my visit was one not to remember I booked the Westin in advance to have an enjoyable and memorable night after our wedding on January 20,2024. I am Elite Bonvoy remember. I asked for late checkout when calling the front desk to only be given until 12:30 pm to check out and the front desk operator had such an attitude when offering me a late checkout. Upon checking out I was billed for $567 for room damages due to an accident per the linens and two pillows on the bed. I was asked why I was charged on my credit card without being notified. The front desk and the housekeeper manager said because we have to buy new bed sheets pillows and comforter and we have pictures that was their answer. This was not the response I was expecting from a high end hotel especially a Marriot hotel that is fully insured and also charged my card $100 for incidental damages if occurred. I was so devastated and had such anxiety to see this charge on my account and no resolution provided by the manager at the Westin. People be careful if you had an accident out of your control on the property be prepared to have your payment on file be charged immediately with out your consent at this location. The room was very outdated as well with the interior design decor and detail and to be charged $767 in total is ridiculous and I will never return to this location EVER"

"Great stay. I took a red eye flight from the west coast and arrived exhausted at 6am. Front desk was able to get me a room to check in (very) early so I could get a bit of rest before my day started no questions asked. Great staff, great service."

"Happy New Year!!! Best view of every firework show across the bay! This hotel is where it's at. We drove in from NC and arrived late, which Esteban assured us was no issue at all and he was here and greeted my husband when we arrived. He was extremely accommodating. We had a small ringing sound in the room that wasn't going away. 1 call to the front desk and Valentina sent up the amazing technician (didn't catch his name) who was in and out in less than 5 minutes resolving the ringing issue. Parking is convenient and the parking garage takes you straight to your room floor. The beds are comfy and the pillows and blankets were like cuddling up in a cloud. The Microfiber robe was a complete delight. I will be getting one. Which leads me to mention that all of their luxury items, including the robes, are available for purchase to have the luxury experience continue when you get home. 10 out of 10 would recommend The Westin to anyone looking for a great experience."

"Checked in Dec 3rd after 11pm. First room the mattress pad had old bedbug activity. The 2nd room had blood stains on the sheets. The 3rd room also had blood stains. I was advised by the receptionist Management and housekeeping would be in touch with me. After waiting over 3 weeks I had to call them. I took pictures of all 3 incidents. They did refund my money but very disappointed with no one reaching out to me about 3 different rooms. I also have pictures of all 3 rooms."

"Stayed here for one night and it was pretty good. It’s an older hotel but the room was pretty clean for the most part. It was a great night sleep on the comfortable bedding. Also had a great bay view. Parking was $20, which felt steep for the hotel, but at least the same elevator services the garage and the rooms, so that was convenient."
