"Had a contract with them to sell my mothers house to them on 12 -29-22 and was informed by email today 10 days before closing that they are backing out of the deal. My 84 year old mother had changed her insurance to Tennessee and had set up her utilities to be turned off. I would be very afraid to do any business with these people in the future if this is how they operate. Update: Owner called and basically said that they had it in the contract that they could back out of the deal within six days of closing so they did nothing wrong. My 84 year old mother missed that part when looking over the contract so please if you are doing business with them read over your contract carefully. So he called me to explain that they did nothing wrong because the contract said they could cancel within the six days and they actually gave us ten days so they should get a pat on the back."
