PLEASE If anyone has had a similar experience please contact me on Facebook Lily B Smith, I am going to write a letter to the Attorney Generals office, Filed a complaint with the BBB already and trying to find more people whom have had this experience. We left our rental in emaculate condition the inspecter gave us an excellent report. Then we received a cerified letter from Somer Castinato charging us for for our Security Deposit plus and and additional $475.00 for some made up stuff! Somer, Karen, Vickie, and Anna are all a bunch of Crooks! BEWARE!!!"
"Beware when renting from this company. Took my deposit and charged me for damages that werent damaged. I did a walk through with inspector and he said other than some paint and lawn services about less than $200 off my deposit I get a check in the mail for $73. Sketchy business i disputed and they said they would contact me and review it but never heard from them after multiple attempts."
