"Terrible. First and formost the blonde woman that is at the front desk was rude and condescending. 2nd, I waited an hour past my appointment to be seen. I called to re-schedule and got Carolyn or caroline, They were rude as hell on the phone. They only do procedures Tuesday ,Wednesday, and Thursday. Great if your retired or unemployed. Not so good for the rest of us. They do not seem to care if you are a patient or not. I am no longer as I have cancelled and will find another Doctor with a staff that isn't as rude and cares about their customers/patients."
