"The customer service is unlike any other I have seen! I purchased a television a few years ago from Kyler, one of their sales reps. I am not the most tech savy of person and he spent a lot of time explaining the differences from each television. Fast forward to earlier this year, I was in the market for a living room television and I went out of my way to drive to the Federal Way location just to once again have Kyler as my service rep. Once again, Kyler absolutely crushed it and helped me along the way explaining sound systems and televisions. This past week, I went in as I had lost my original receipt and wanted to keep it in case I might need it for warranty purposes. Although Kyler wasn't there, the other two sales reps spent the time digging through their files to help out. I cannot recommend the folks at Video Only enough- they are great!"

This makes the difference between options of the same size clear. The prices can't be beat by either Costco or Best Buy, especially not after a trade-in. The store is no frills because they don't make you pay for those frills"
