"It depends on the day and who you talk to what kind of service you're going to get. Sometimes you find what you need, find knowledgeable employees and the day is great. Sometimes you'll go here and wish you never pulled in to the parking lot. I would suggest researching as much as you can before going if you don't already know what you're looking for...just in case.
