"Do not fall for the home depot credit card scam. Stay clear of their offers. They tricked me into opening a credit card to get promotional financing and cash back on my first purchase over $300. What they don’t make clear up front is that the cash back offer is applied to that purchase amount and it brought my total purchase just under $300 and now I am getting charged an insane amount of interest because the promotional financing was not applied. Not only that, but I did a balance transfer to my Navy Federal Card before my payment due date which should have resulted in zero interest charges. Navy federal Paid off my balance two weeks ago and Home Depot is not reflecting it on my account. They are now stealing money from me. Is this happening to others? If so I think we should file a class action lawsuit."

"I absolutely HATE coming to this store. There are basically only self checkouts available. And if you need help finding anything or have questions, good luck finding anyone to assist. The response from the manager is that they are short staffed. I am tired of hearing this. Do a better job of recruiting staff. You could pay better and also offer better schedules for employees that will encourage staff to stay longer. You are short staffed because you have chosen to be short staffed. Pathetic business model that puts customers dead last."

"I ordered a John Deer tractor on line and was called late afternoon 12.16.23 to tell me I had a couple of choices. I COULD HAVE THEM DELIVER ME THE MOWER WITHOUT A KEY AND WILL GET IT WHEN THEY FIND IT! Orrrr, cancel my order. I asked him if they could call a couple of their locations to see if they had any in stock. They told me they don’t do that so I got off the phone with them called Lacey and the price was 2399. TACOMA and I got it for $1500 in Lacey so it’s actually worth it. Thanks, TACOMA!"
