"* At 6th Ave Goodwill, luckily we today met the cashier INA who was so nice, so friendly to customers (Not like almost staff before treated customers so badly). We do wish Goodwill staff has such nice culture to clients as Miss. INA who is pretty too :)). * The price of some products seems more reasonable nowadays."
"If Goodwill Industries honestly wanted to serve communities, they would partner with EBT and provide 1 garment a month or something to clear their racks and get clothing into the hands of homeless and low-income people. But they don't. To the contrary, warm coats are $29.99, t-shirts are $9.99, sweaters $13.99. If a garment appears nice at all, it gets segregated and priced higher than new like $90.00 for pants. No clothing may be tried on. No refunds on clothing. Goodwill says these policies are to reduce theft and resellers. A better way to curb resellers would be for Goodwill to cut brand and style number tags off the garment once they are priced. Maybe donators should cut off tags before donating to stop Goodwill from overpricing clothing too. Just please let needy people buy necessary clothing at reasonable prices again. Generous folks are donating their clothes with the impression they will be helping out someone in need. Those values are long gone at Goodwill."
"BEWARE! This goodwill doesn’t allow refunds only in store credit. I went and returned a jacket that was stained (didn’t realize before hand) and they gave me a gift card for the amount of the coat. Well I went back yesterday to use that gift card and there was only half the amount of money there should have been on it. It has been a few weeks so there wasn’t anything they could do nor any proof I could show. Make sure to get a receipt and have them check the balance on the card if you’re doing any returns. It’s quite a shame cause overall this place is nice except for this incident and the fact some of their prices are absurd. If they refunded your money back to you that would be great but instead the store keeps it one way or another so make sure you’re checking your gift card balances as soon as they give it to you."
"Exactly what you’d expect. Needs more mirrors. Only reviewing to voice support Martin, the cashier, my favorite employee. Always helpful, always kind."
"Don’t come here if you need to breastfeed, chestfeed or bodyfeed your child: no chairs, no fitting rooms, not even bathrooms are available for parents and children. I had to find a corner and sit on the floor to feed my 3-month old baby. I just want to be able to leave the house and have support to feed & change my baby while running a regular errand."
