"I had a countertop microwave oven go out and I needed a replacement. Jeremy helped me pick out a unit that was available and would fit. He was professional and efficient. As a bonus, he took the worn-out microwave to recycle, kept the packaging for the new one so I would not have to deal with it, and helped me get the unit into the trunk of my car. End to end the whole transaction took less than 15 minutes. Thank you Jeremy!!!"
