"UPDATE: THEY PICKED UP ALL THE FURNITURE AND CALLED THE NEXT DAY THAT MY PAYMENT IS DUE. I SAID YOU GUYS NEED TO WORK ON YOUR SYSTEMS CUS YALL JUST DON’T COMMUNICATE OR SEEM TO DO ANYTHING RIGHT!! ITS LIKE DEALING WITH A BUNCH OF KIDS…YALL FUNNY INITIAL POST: On 2 separate occasion, I went in to get a dresser, bed and a TV. We set a date and a week passed and they called saying they didn’t order the TV on time due to incorrectly putting some info in the system, as i wanted all of my stuff to deliver same day. I said ok lets leave the TV, just deliver the dresser and bed since its already at the warehouse, set up a date and they call the day of the delivery that they put some info in the system incorrectly so they didn’t catch my delivery for loading. I said ok lets set up another delivery date. Before they delivered my furniture, i got a call saying my payment is due. I said, how is my payment due when you guys didn’t even deliver the furniture?? They looked into and made some corrections Next time, after a month I went in for a couch, said they will order and will call me a week later to set up payment. 1 week after the date of, no calls at all. I went in a week after to ask about the couch and they said it just came in, we set up a delivery for next day from 3-7pm, so I then cleared my living room and put away the couch i had. At the end of the day, no call, no delivery. Tomorrow i will calling to set up a date for them to come pick up all their furniture, I will not be doing business or paying money for this kind of service. It shows that the company vision with their customers are not in alignment and theres a pattern of problems. It would be ok if it was a one time but sheeesh it was a continous problem for me My experience may not be the same with others, but I know when my energy tells me to redirect it somewhere else. It may not be the employees fault, but the fault of the training and processes with the systems in place. Clearly, I don’t want others to go thru the same kind of services i received. Thanks"

"Bought furniture straight from store. Got a sofa and love seat from their clearance room and it was super clean, super new and super awesome and awesomely cheap for the quality of the merchandise. Photos of what we got, for $219 (including taxes!!!)."
