"I’m always having trouble with this facility. I have filled multiple complaints over the years. Today’s complaint is because I press option four when calling this facility to speak to a nurse. This is my primary care doctor not everyone there is horrible, but they need to sort out the bad apples. When someone picked up, did not get to get her name she was very rude and disrespectful. I asked her not to talk to me in this matter, and she hung the phone up in my face. What Triggered this lady to be so rude and disrespectful She told me No nurses was available And she will have to take a message. All I replied with is this is not good. I had a procedure and really needed to talk with the nurse about my medical condition. I did not expect for them to be so uncaring out of medical facility. Multiple times over I’ve had had situations with this facility, where the other unprofessional, uncaring and no common courtesy."

"I am a medical professional (ER nurse) and I drove 1hr and brought my mother who is retired and elderly to her appt which was needed and important that scheduled at 10am. I’m understood that the physician can get delayed and it may be maybe 10-20 min. But my mother waited over an hr. They are patient and understanding people. My father had to be the one to find out what was going on and why they were waiting that long and reason. Mind you they both have health conditions. I had to go on myself to find out what was going on and check in and the status. My personal experience with the front desk staff one on one was unpleasant to say the least. Overall customer service needs to be addressed or reevaluated. The petulance attitude and demeanor was unneeded and unnecessary."
