"Hi There, I consider myself to be a Spiritual Being and have always gravitated towards Spiritual people. Being born in California I have been exposed to many "Free Spirits" in my life. From "The Hippies" in the 60's to Spiritual Teachers in the 2000's forward. I started exploring Yoga and that led to the 7 Chakras. Yoga helps me as I age and feel the need to stretch. I had no idea that the chakras were so important? Our Nervous System runs from our root chakra up to the base of our brain. There are 7 Chakras along and beyond our Spinal column. I contacted Violetsoul Reiki for some help on these things. I visited Violetsoul 3 times over several weeks and found that The Healing was Beautiful. Subtle at first meeting, the second healing was more profound and noticeable, My headaches went away. "I have been interested in having Reiki done for a long time but would never give myself the time. The universe works in its own timing and I found Violetsoul. When I contacted her she made time to talk to me and ask me about why I wanted Reiki and asked my understanding of Chakra.
