You're out your God damn mind. Idk if filing a BBB complaint will do anything but at least you'll be on their radar. You're disgusting to take advantage of ppl trying to better their oral health. This and your business is why ppl don't."

"Y'all, they are scammers. I had a chipped molar that was repaired, then broke off again weeks later. Spoke to the front desk admin, she mentioned they no longer don't take Delta Dental and she needed $600 for the repair. It also worried me that I saw them 4 times before I ever had a proper cleaning and each time, EVERY SINGLE TIME the staff had no clue how to operate the x ray machine. I hate writing bad reviews but they earned this."

"These people are absolute monsters. I went in after changing insurance. I gave them my new information a week before my appointment. When I went in I asked multiple times if my insurance was accepted. No surprises right? The girl at the front laughed and agreed. They definitely take my insurance. One hour after I get out of my appointment the office calls and tells me they don’t accept my insurance and my account has been billed for $182. I tried to reach the billing department for weeks. They never answer the phone over there. I’m a grown man and they called my mother and told her that they were sending my bill to collections on her behalf and that they had a document from me that said she was responsible for my bills. She’s an elderly woman and was terrified of being referred to collections so she paid it. They lied to my mother about a document that does not exist to coerce payment from her. It’s elder abuse and it’s absolutely despicable."
