"Dental staff is wonderful!!! My daughter loves them. The office staff is horrible!! The front office staff act as though doing their job is an imposition, appointment times are rigorous for the patient and a suggestion for the staff. The office staff is selective as to who goes back and in what order. Make the front staff mad or irritate them you will be last to go back. I hate that the office staff gives the dental staff a bad name. Example: I awoke with fever, cough, congestion and body ache...covid, flu or cold...i do not know. 1 pm appointment, starting at 9 am I have left 2 messages, and 3rd call I am currently holding for 50 min. I'm getting ready end the call."
"Appointment required which is fine. What I don't understand is why every single time we make an appointment we wait well over 1 hour AFTER our appointment to be seen? Our appointment was set for 9:30 am this time we weren't seent until 11 am. This happens every time so the excuse of being "busy" is not acceptable. Not to mention the staff will give you the dirtiest look if you even ask when you will be called. How dare you interrupt them from scrolling on FB."
"If there was an option for negative stars I would give it. First of all the front desk lady (some Indian lady) was rude as heck. I drove 45 minutes to go to Savannah Smiles and when I got there I had to complete all this paper work which is fine, but I put that I had an INACTIVE NOT A THREAT heart murmer and the front desk lady just flat out refused to let me see the dentist. Are you serious? Who runs this place???? Your just gonna flat out refuse to let me see the dentist because I have an inactive heart murmer that poses no threat to my health? I have a cavity and because of this place I have to wait even longer and find somewhere else to be seen because incompetent front desk idiots can't do there jobs seriously. Like why is the heart murmer thing a option if I check it off and you won't let me be seen? I'm ao over this. I wasted my gas, wasted my time, and wasted my patience. What a terrible horrible place."
"Sitting in here right now been in here since 10:14 appointment at 11 it's 11:30 when I came in there was no place to sit over 25 people in the lobby only to fill out the same paperwork over and over which if they upgrade can be electronically done. Then was told we're a little behind today... when are yall not...if it's over 20 people up front and 8 in the back they constantly over booking knowing their slow from start to finish I guess the only reason they are still in business because we still come most definitely would put "find kids new dentist asap" on my to do list my kids have been coming here 7 yrs same situation from day 1 just got worst over the years and still declining."
"My oldest son has been coming here since he was one, he is now 8 years. The experience has deteriorated severely over time, the wait times are absolutely ridiculous, even with an appointment and even with arriving early. We’ve had two incidences taking place where we waited 3 hours to be seen, at this same office that told us there was no grace period and if we were not on time to our appointment we would be rescheduled immediately and not able to be seen. We came in 20 minutes early Today for his last treatment visit before we switch him over to Dogwood and I was assured that because I was the first person there, had turned in my paperwork first, and my son was getting a treatment, that my son would be called back first. (I did not ask for this information, the front desk offered the information up) Here we are almost 40 minutes after arrival, with three other families having came in after us (there was no one here when we arrived), and two of the families (large families might I add) somehow were called to the back before my one child was called to the back. The dentists here and techs are AMAZING. I’m just unsure of why they can’t seem to master appointments and lengths of appointments. At Dogwood, my other son was in and out in less than 20 minutes with an appointment. I cannot wait to make the switch."
