"These people do not take anything seriously. Your driver caused an accident and yet I have to call you 5 times a day even for rental arrangements. You have my car, yet you take forever to even appraise the value. Why is the appraisal being passed between multiple adjusters yet nobody is available to speak about the appraisal? Why is it so hard to get in touch with claims when you said you would get back to me within 2 days? It is going well into a month now, and honestly you are not handling the issue. YOU wrecked my car by insuring this person, and therefore, YOU need to do better about finding a solution. Oh, and the rental agency will do a credit check to block you from picking up the rental they OWE you. So good luck with these people."
