"Levina was gentle, courteous and kind! She worked quickly and efficiently! We appreciate her hard work."
"Fast service. Nice staff."
"My blood was drawn by Lavian. It was the worst experience I've ever had! She had the needle so far from my vein. When I noticed I initial stopped her because I was scared. Although I asked her to be gentle she just kind of laughed and proceeded to stick me. The needle went in so harshly and quickly that a bubble of blood met the tip of the needle. It was a very painful experience! To make things worse, while attempting to draw my blood she didn't even have the needle all the way in my vein. The tip of the needle was still visible. She allowed air to come into the needle for about 15-20 seconds before she stated, "Opps. That won't be enough". I informed her that she'd gone straight for the jugular and that I'd never been stuck like that before and that I was not pleased with her performance. (No apology only a blank look on her face) She told me, "You have to go quick or it won't go in". She even went so far as to say that I would have to get my blood drawn again because it wasn't enough. I cried for hours after!!! All I could think was: Why would she do that to me??! I honestly think it was done maliciously and I have sought further action for this instance. I wouldn't recommend anyone get their blood drawn by Lavian!"
