"I am very disappointed in Dr Land. I was referred to her for medication management upon transition from my pediatric doctor post college. During our initial meeting, her demeanor was intense, flighty, and unengaged. She was even a bit rude/ cold, which was surprising. This was a significant change from my prior doctor who was authentically interested in me as a person and wanted to use the medications to make me the best version of me. At the end of the consult, Dr. Land agreed to refill the same prescriptions I was on, but her office had a processing delay. After calling and leaving 6 voicemails over a few weeks with no response, I finally stopped by the office for assistance and was greeted by a rude staff. I have decided to discontinue services with Dr Land, and do not recommend any patients to her or Mind Spa."

"If you are going here as a new patient and want someone that will evaluate you, be kind, professional, and comforting. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT come to this place. The lady literally asked me why I was there 3 or 4 times, having everything already wrote down in front of her, I asked her what else do you want me to say? Anxiety, Stress, Fear, Anger, Control issues, Abandonment issues..What the hell else can I tell the woman? She was also terrible at explaining things. Expected me to talk more than her or something. On top of that, they won't help you much with medication either especially with ones that actually work..This place was a total waste of time, I left before it was even done because we clearly were not going to get the help I need at this place. Dr. Sarah Land congratulations on losing a patient because of your employees. The black lady in front."

"Do not choose Dr. Sarah Land for your medical needs, especially if you’re needing help getting your medication refills. I am 6 days without my antidepressant medication because she refused to refill my prescription for not being seen recently. I am set up on auto refill with my pharmacy. They contacted her office to get authorization but no one would contact them. I left 2 messages with her office and NO ONE RETURNED MY CALLS! I ended up having to physically go to her office to try and get it refilled. She came out and told me she was not authorizing it because I hadn’t been seen, even after I told her I was completely out. A life saving medication such as Cymbalta that I am on for Major Depressive Disorder should never be refused to be filled. She has put my mental health in jeopardy. She is a disgrace to the medical field, is unethical, and is extremely unprofessional as well as her staff. I have sought out a new doctor but cannot be seen anywhere in the near future so I’m unsure of what I’m going to do at this point, other than having to go to the ER. DO NOT CHOOSE HER AS YOUR DOCTOR because she doesn’t give a DAMN about her patients."
