"Love the nurses and doctors here. They are always great nice and welcoming. Even coming in as a walk in they were fast and efficient. The front desk person needs to work on her professionalism. Had to wait 5 minutes for her to stop talking to coworkers in the break room to come out and check us in. Only did it because a nurse saw she wasn’t doing her job and tried to help out. Then went right back in the break room to keep gossiping. Wasn’t very talkative or nice when having to check us is when she did come to the desk. Had the I don’t want to be here feel."

"Schedule needs to be improved! I waited for an hour and was sitting in a room without my child being seen...i understand running a bit behind but just like we have to understand, the office needs to understand we have a schedule that we are going off of as well. I would also like to point out that the girl in the front desk isn’t so welcoming has a negative energy doesn’t smile or nothing very dry when answering any question. Needless to say i will be changing my kids doctors."

"My son is on oxygen and has little episodes of heart rate and blood oxygen saturation dropping. Everyone was very accommodating. Dr. Shipman was amazing, so understanding, helpful, kind, reassuring. I can’t say enough good things."

All the staff was nice and understanding and didn't make us feel bad about forgetting things. They reassured us about everything we asked and made us feel like we were actually people.
