"Brittany was wonderful, very professional and personable. I'm not sure who calls in the prescriptions but I made sure to tell them that I changed pharmacies. I use CVS, no longer use Walmart. Nothing was called in by the next day so I left a message stating that my scripts weren't called in and to use CVS. Then I got a text from Walmart saying my scripts were ready. I called the office again stating wrong pharmacy please call to CVS. Then I get a text from CVS that my scripts couldn't be filled cause it was too soon. I also got another text from Walmart that my scripts were ready. So when y'all did call into the right pharmacy the order was never canceled at Walmart and my insurance wouldn't cover because Walmart filled them. Very very aggravating but not calling you back again because just too much. Got my scripts and if I do come back to your office I guess I will have to speak to the Office Manager to make sure it's done correctly."
