"I enjoy Chilis. It’s usually never a disappointment and I love the drinks:::: previous review… I ordered 2 of your ultimate Pasta dishes via online for curbside pick up. Both with an extra garlic toast. I did not receive my extra toast on either pasta: I sent my son inside with my receipt to get my missed toast. He was told “it’s in the bag! It’s in the boxes with the food!” They were not. I go back inside to get my toast, the girl chaquita chaquira whatever was rude to me as well, I asked for a manager and one never came. She handed me a container and I ASSUMED it had both pieces of toast, but it did not! Then, I get home, The pasta is cold!!! I don’t live far and I was early picking up my order. Truly disappointed in my $40 spend with you guys and the lack of professionalism by your staff. Chili’s is a no for me from now on. Signed, A longtime patron"
"The waitress didn't have anything say but "doing ok?", The burger was raw in spots, the chicken did NOT look grilled (it looked boiled), and the chicken was also pink in the center. This was the worse visit I've ever had here. I haven't been here since my birthday two years ago but it has gone downhill quite a bit. I may give it one more shot but it won't be anytime soon. Very disappointed as this used to be my favorite place to go."
"Zach is a wonderful server. I think he has to be one of the best!! Food was hot and fast. It was a great dining experience!! My opinion has changed. The customer service is off the chain! I loved the whole thing."
