Dr. Launder always listens first and and takes the time to make sure you fully understand your treatment options. Her examinations are thorough and she really takes her time with each person she sees. This is something I've found to be lacking in other practices and harkens back to a time when Doctors in a community had a vested interest in the patients they'd treat. She really is a lovely lady, who is an absolute pleasure to interact with.
