"I have to say I'm so disappointed with they way they operate this establishment. I made an appointment for the to see the Dr for whight loss. Because they were busy and I just accepted a new job I had to make a later time (430pm). I can't take time off at a new job that I just started. The day before my appointment they called and told me they they can not see anyone pass 3pm. I told them I work until 3pm and asked if they can do a Saturday or even 330pm. I was told no that they could do anything about it. How can you offer a service to help people when you call can cancel the day before."

"Well I don't know what I was expecting. After 8 months of going to Doctors Choice Weight Loss I have lost weight. I still have 20 to go. BUT if you don't mind impersonal service, a lack of customer service and going through withdraws from the Appetite suppressants because they will not let you pay the following week ( $60.00 every appointment). Well then I guess your good to go. I even called the day before and was told it shouldn't be a problem. AND the office manager will not come out to talk to you about it. So this should be interesting , I've never gone through withdraws before. 7/24/17 Dana ( the office manager ) from the Trinity office called. She said I didn't give her the chance to rectifie the situation before I wrote the review. And she was right, I didn't. She said she asked for my file and reviewed it. After reviewing my file said I could come in and pay the following week. They do not normally do this but I had been come every Monday sense I started and I was losing weight on a weekly bases. She also stated she would be talking to staff about the customer service end of it. SO If your looking to lose weight and keep it off this would be the place to go. I am down 63 pounds sense January. I feel greatand I look awesome."
