TGH Imaging

"My husband and I arrived at 8 am for his mri after receiving a text confirmation the day before. Went up to the less than friendly receptionist who said we didn’t get approval from your insurance company so we cancelled your appointment. Of course the obvious question is why did you send confirmation. She said “we may have left message on your home phone”. We said we don’t have a home phone. We got rid of home only use text. She said “oh they have your old phone still in account”. I said when you calling the message tells you it’s disconnected. She said “oh well we only try one number”. But again they used the cell for confirmation not once but twice. Just got a blank stare. She said when do you want to reschedule. No apology. Nothing. Now I understand why their rating is what it is. Unbelievable."

"Waited 2 hours then told they can't do the screening because prescription didn't include a second test. I asked to have first test done now, second done when script came through. I was told the radiologist doesn't like to do just the mammogram without the sonogram done immediately following. I would not recommend this place if you want to be treated like a person and not a number."

"Jennie checked me in. She made sure I had all the paperwork for this visit and my visit at a different location! She saw that the test I was scheduled for was incorrect and made the necessary changes. I wish we had more people like her in the medical work force!! She was very friendly and efficient. She made my visit go smoothly!!"

"I would give zero stars, if possible. TGH Tower is a joke. I scheduled a mammogram at the Trinity location because my ultrasound appointment in Sept at the Hudson location was awful. I had never seen such disorganization and chaos in the Hudson location when it was Radiology Associates. Over an hour wait, misplaced my folder with the order and paperwork. So I schedule the mammogram at the Trinity location, thinking it has to be better. Trinity office did not seem busy. But scheduled mammograms were running well over an hour behind. It would have been nice to have been told this at check in. And they insist you be there 30 minutes prior to your scheduled time to get checked in, which took less than 5 minutes. So, that brought the wait time to more than 1.5 hours. How is this type of scheduling allowed? I did not stay. I will not go to TGH Tower at any location for any procedure."

"Absolute joke. Had to wait over 45 minutes to speak to a live person. Then got hung up on. Called back talked to the General TGH Imaging line. I need 2 procedures done. Then I get the confirmation and I have a 2 hour wait between procedures. What a joke. I was not told about the 2 hour wait in-between procedures until I received a confirmation. Now I am not on indefinite hold trying to get this resolved. If I didn't have to work it would be faster to drive over. NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM WITH TOWER RADIOLOGY!!!!"
