"DO NOT RECOMMEND I went there bc my ears are ringing. Dr Merchant checked my ears, one had a sign of scratch and dry blood. He prescribed drops to reduce the inflammation, when I asked what about the ear ringing, the response I got was that Tinnitus is very common and there is very little information on it. He gave me a paper for me to read the latest findings (like that was going to take the ringing away) and said he couldn't promise the ringing was going to go away. Sent me home within 10 minutes. Never got a hearing test even though I explained how concerned and anxious this problem has me. Drops haven't help at all and now I have to go get a someone else check on what's going on with me. A complete waste of money and time"

"I called 2 weeks ago to schedule an appointment with this place and asked whoever I spoke too TWICE if I would have to pay anything and she told me that if any co-pays show up it'll be in my check in process, no mention of a consultation fee what's so ever. Fast forward to Monday 01/08 filled out my check in process and no mention of any payment or consultation fees. I go into my appointment and I am being told I have to pay it and they can't bill this consultation fee. Why wasn't I told about it when I asked when scheduling the appointment 2 WEEKS PRIOR. I will not go back."

"Either this place is run by negligence or apathy. Dr clavenna had to be paged three times ,in 2 hours, in order to contact me and when he did, I was met with rude unprofessionalism. I asked what could be helpful for the extreme swelling in my head due to thyroglossal cyst and that the medication Dr Leah had prescribed to me, felt like it was making things worse. Dr Clavenna response was "I leave that decision up to you being as you're A 42-year-old man ". No bedside manner. The office assistant Sabria is not in a position to give medical advice and yet she is telling me what to do and what medications to take. I don't know who authorized Sabria to render Physicians advice to patients but that needs to be addressed ASAP. The offices have no communication between them so if you go to one location and have Services rendered, the other location will not be aware of it and ask you the same questions over and over again. I was prescribed methylprednisone and amoxicillin with potassium. On the box it clearly states " keep patient under close watch of a physician" . Never once , during the course of the prescribed medication, has a physician called me to see how the medication was affecting me. So their definition of "close" needs to be addressed as well. I was told by Dr Sabria herself ( which she is not a doctor that's only facetious on my part,) that Dr Leah , the actual physician rendering services to me, would NOT GIVE AUTHORIZATION for Tylenol Advil or ibuprofen until I had an MRI ( yet Dr Clavenna, said I could take any one of those I wanted) . You could see my confusion.. 5 minutes later I received a text from Publix Pharmacy saying I had two prescriptions ready to pick up. How can that be? Dr Leah said I shouldn't take anything else. If you listen to these people you are putting your life in their hands and obviously they won't hold it " close " enough to care. I leave this message as it is my truth and my soul experience with this ear nose and throat location. It would behoove you to search out a more reputable physician. If you actually care about your own health."

"The worst service and experience I ever had when it came to getting medical attention for a sinus infection even after a CT scan. The staff did not show any care and all they wanted was the money and then you were out the door with nothing actually done, but to push it to someone else that had nothing to do with it. Even after repeatedly explaining my symptoms AND 2 ER visits after the appointments in the same day, nothing was done and Dr Alidina accuses me of hiding something. What kind of doctor says that to their patients? Management was no better when it came to the treatment of patients and addressing concerns. Nothing was done when speaking with them about the situation. All I got from them was "Sorry that happened, but what do you want me to do about it?" How about talk more professional with your patients? How about actually help your patients to resolve the pain because it's not a migraine issue as he claimed and I keep telling him that it's not that because of I haven't had one in over a month, but what I have been dealing with is this constant sinus pressure that is getting painful to the point that even 2 ER visits, 2 Urgent Care visits, 2 visits with my Neurologist and 2 visits with you guessed it....Dr Alidina. Still dealing with the pain while looking for another ENT, to help save you guys the search, I would not recommend these guys at all."

"I’ve been coming here for a just about 2 months now and I can honestly say I’ve noticed such an improvement already. I’ve been struggling with the WORST case of allergies on a DAILY basis, even with numerous OTC medications/ nasal sprays.I just kind of dealt with it for so long and hated going to the doctors so I was just putting this off for some time. Dr. Merchant was very professional and informative, everyone is always smiling and friendly, and as someone who works in the medical field myself, I know some days can be chaotic and hectic but they’ve always been very nice and professional. Kailani is literally my fav and such a sweet energetic person. Paige is very nice as well ! I appreciate you guys so much and thank you all for making this whole experience good for me."
