"Stay far away from Nurse Rhonda that works out of Dr. Tsalickis office! I had to report her twice! She raises her voice at you and I never have been talked to so rude before in my life. How could someone so cruel be a nurse?!"
"I found the new baycare facility extremely clean. Everyone e xceptionaly nice but few adaquate for nursing and care. My stay was to be observed. I spent night in my Clothes. Bed, never was changed. Many empty bed though building very nice. Given procedures not relative to my coming in. I imagine it got a large overhead and not enough patients. Try a other place. I've seen better service. When you go to a hospital, it's not for cosmetics. Need knowledgeable a d good people."
"The technical staff is awesome, but the backend staff, especially billing do not bother to inform the patients about their copay. They will send several texts, email and mail about the bill after the fact, but no information before the test. Sad, practices to make money."
"Usually went to this place but I had my appointments moved twice recently and now I’ve waited 9 weeks just to get a CT scan done. The first wasn’t their fault it was because of the storm but after 3 more weeks I go in and they tell me they texted a number and it replied with no to the appointment but they didn’t even have my number on file. If they’re going to use this system they should make sure numbers are right because I came in 4 months ago or so and had no issues so someone messed it up. I’m told they’d try to squeeze me in and then they tell me they can’t and expect me to wait another 3 weeks."
