The office does not offer zoom Dr appts, the staff will constantly interrupt when you try to explain the events that lead up to the call and express your frustrations. When an office staff states they don't care about you talking to their boss because they know their right and continues to interrupt a customer does NOT belong in customer service or healthcare. Sir, YOU truly stink at your job."
