"Do not, I repeat do not go here for a DOT Physical they gave me 1 month to bring a letter from my Doctor for blood pressure which it wasn't high. I told them my doctor would need to see me to give me that letter but he only works 1 day a week on Tuesday afternoons but Christmas Eve and New Years Eve was both on Tuesday and they were closed so I finally got an appointment and got the letter they requested, they wanted me pay for the Physical again because it wa 2 days outside of the 30 days that should have never been given. I gave them 1 star because I had to give that to write my review."

"On October 7th, we arrived at Ascension Sacred Heart rehab and noticed right away there was a brand new therapist seeing my wife. My wife is a stroke survivor and has continuing issues with balance and coordination, so I asked Cecilia(front desk employee) after my wife went back with the new therapist if he had been briefed on my wife's situation. She replied that he had already been and that I shouldn't worry. I commented that I didn't have too much confidence in this facility as we had already experienced canceled appointments due to their automated texting system not working properly. I commented that if my wife were to fall and be injured that they would be held accountable. Cecilia stated that she felt like that my comment was a threat and that I couldn't continue to speak in that manner because she felt threatened. I responded that I didn't care about her feelings and that as far as I knew we were still a free country. Cecilia then stated that she could have me tossed out of the building since I was not the patient. I stated she should go for it and have me removed. Then Cecilia left the front lobby area and per my wife proceeded to go into the patient treatment area and lecture my wife about my comments in the lobby, and again threatening to have me removed from the building. Your employees should have a refresher course on what it is to provide customer service, and perhaps learn a bit of empathy and take seriously the concerns of someone else. The new therapist was NOT briefed on my wife's situation prior to her treatment like Cecilia stated he was, in fact he learned about her situation WHILE performing therapy during that session. If anyone at your customer service division needs further information you can contact me at the number I already provided for text notifictions.We will be seeking treatment elsewhere and rest assured I am a Retired Combat Vet and will make it my business to educate other Vets in this Military town to AVOID this facility as long as that Cecilia is employed there."
