"Horrible experience! What has happened to the CARE in Healthcare? I wish that 0 stars was an option. Lacked compassion, empathy and respect. The way that I was treated by Dr. Maziur doesn’t even deserve a 1 star rating. I submitted a survey on 7/1/24, (also my husband called and complained that same night after I was discharged), both were very detailed about the inadequate quality of care that I received and NO one contacted me back. Without giving out all my private health info, I’ll just say that I was in EXTREME pain with anxiety (in which I told & was witnessed by Dr. Maziur and the Nurse), both seemed to not believe me at all. He actually said under his breath while I was having a full blown anxiety attack, that “she JUST wants something for anxiety.” As if I was faking it. I have NO reason to fake anything. I feel I was wrongly stereotyped as a pill-seeker and I’m definitely not. I suffer from several chronic conditions that he could have easily verified. The LAST place I wanted to be was in the ER and definitely not there under such poor treatment! My blood pressure was 228/126 at admission and I was given NOTHING for my pain & anxiety! I believe an injured animal would have been treated better than me."

"I had surgery here yesterday and the doctor and his staff are excellent and I have had such a great experience with the entire staff at the hospital. I highly recommend if you are having any issues needing doctor or specialist come here they are great."

"Thank you for the great service. Dr Gonzales and the team there were awesome, they listened and were very caring. Dr G has one of the best personalities of any MD I have ever met. Thank you! Oh yeah, they got me on the road to recovery for a pinched nerve too!"

"Went in for potential drugging after being downtown. Doctor outright refused multiple requests for a blood alcohol test and denied samples be sent to forensic testing, multiple times. Was told I was stable and that's the purpose of the ER, go to a PCP if I wanted something else. Never felt more shame and confusion during an already terrifying time. Now I may never know what fully happened to me if something did happen downtown."
