"I wish I could give them negative stars. It is so hard to get somebody on the phone for medication concerns, appointment scheduling, transferring my records...absolutely awful. I've been trying for months to get my records transferred when I moved and it seems so unprofessional that I cant get help from anyone."

"HORRIBLE. Customer service is not a thing with them. The scheduler I spoke to was short and cut me off when I was trying to explain what I wanted to be seen for. The day of I called the receptionist and asked if she could help me figure out how to print the new paper paperwork online since they wouldn’t email it to me and mid conversation she went “UGH I have to put you on hold” and I waited on hold for 5 minutes until I got rushed off the phone. Then the receptionist at the office was not helpful or considerate at all when they told me that they had booked me for the wrong time. What happened was that I scheduled an appointment through their scheduler for a primary care annual visit and to get a refill on a prescription that I need. The appointment was scheduled for 10AM. I filled out the new patient paperwork on my own time to make sure that the process was smooth on my end and had my ID and insurance cards ready as I walked in the door to their office. I arrived 15 minutes early for them to tell me that my appointment was for 9:30. After I explained that I was scheduled for 10 over the phone they told me the schedulers messed up and that they don’t even work in the office. I asked if they could work me in anyways since I took off work for this appointment and since it was only 9:45 and I had all the required documents completed already as well. They said no. No explanation, no “I’m sorry”, just no. I asked if they could fit me in the next day and they said no again. They wanted to reschedule me for two weeks out when their next available appointment was and did not try anything to help me get in any sooner. They were so inconsiderate of my time and probably others. I just moved to Florida from Kentucky and this was my first time trying to establish a primary care doctor. I was highly disappointed with the customer service. I thought Florida was supposed to have southern hospitality but all I got was hostility for THEIR mistake."
