Avis Car Rental

"Horrible Service!! I rented a Mustang Mach-E at AVIS Miami Airport which came just 50% charged. AVIS there told me that they don’t guarantee the amount of charge?! So I called AVIS Customer Service to check where and how I can charge the car and they told me that if I don’t have an Adapter in the Car I can get one at any AVIS Branch. So I called this AVIS Branch at 11228 Tamiami Trail in Naples, FL 34110 just to tell them that I am on my way to get that adapter because by now the charge was very low. She told me that AVIS Customer Service lied to me and they don’t give adapters out, and she said that another Lie is that I could charge the Ford on a Tesla Supercharger. She said “no Ford can be charged on a Tesla Charging Station” ! She was even very rude on the phone, interrupted me constantly and was repeatedly saying, the only way that charge my rental is to take the car to a Ford Dealership and use their Turbocharger. Are you serious? You don’t provide me with a Charger, you charge the car 50% and tell me to drive to a Dealership and sit there until it’s charged???? I have attached a picture from the Ford Website that proves that she was lying to me! If you have an adapter you CAN actually charge your car at a Tesla Supercharger! So if you ever like to get an EV Rental, go to a different Rental Company and ALWAYS check if if there is an adapter in the car!!!"
