"They need either an extra rep to help people/check out/install items (bulbs, wipers etc) during their bust times. Maybe just a part timer to cover those times. Seems like it's everytime between like 2pm-6pm (just my opinion). I get it staffing is expensive and you gotta make make money somehow. Still giving a 5 though because of how good the staff is!"
"Had to wait over 15 min being next in line because the employees personal life was more important than customer service. Young girl was engaged in a personal conversation with a friend/ boyfriend while on the clock and a long line of customers waiting. Not professional at all."

"The service behind the desk are fantastic and most are very auto mechanically inclined which is nice some of others arevlike "we just sell the parts we are not your mechanic" which one was like there there at one time but I believe he nay be gone. There is also one gentleman there that is crazy knowledgeable and knew exactly what I was talking about he should've been a mechanic. Wish I would have got his name because he really deserves some kudos. Otherwise shopping there is great."
