"I had to change my 5 star review. Was in for service 2 months ago and was supplied a quote for rear brakes $600-$800. Took the vehicle back to Benz connection for brake job and was charged $1062. Serious inflated upcharge! Pads and a pair of rotors are $200 shipped to my doorstep. We got up charged $600 on those parts and another $350 to install them. If I wanted dealership pricing, I'll take it back to Mercedes. Not much savings at Benz Connection. Got home to find filthy black finger prints all over the paint. Disappointed."

"I got an oil change on Monday and I was so impressed! The staff is friendly, the price was stellar, the waiting room is clean with a great atmosphere and the techs cracked me up. Paula was sweet and understanding and Brian(? Dark hair with a pink and black MB shirt I was super jealous of) went above and beyond while answering my questions. Definitely using them from now on. But as much as I enjoyed the service and shop, Louie the attention seeking cat was the best part :P"
