"Took my car with a check engine light on to have it diagnosed and hopefully repaired after I called and was told I could be helped. Once my car was there I got a call telling me the car couldn't be diagnosed due to aftermarket parts. When I went to pick up the undiagnosed car I was charged with a $200 diagnostics charge. No other explanation other than we already talked to you on the phone and told you what was wrong with your car. This place will con you saying they can help but only take care of basic maintenance from my experience. Time to take my car to a reputable independent shop that will take the time to diagnose properly and help fix the issue."

"Great staff, fast resolution. Didn't try to sell me tires, patched my hole and was out the door in 45 minutes. Couldn't have been more pleased. I passed 4 tire locations to get to Goodyear, and I didn't regret it."

"The front desk guys at this, Good Year location in particular, in front of the Winn-Dixie off of Collier Boulevard and at the corner of Vanderbilt Beach Road, are the best! They always take such good care of me when I bring my Volvo in! If a part is needed, it’s arrived at their place in a couple hours. Get me in and out always consistently in a very timely manner! Today I had a wonderful experience where my check engine light was on, And they looked at my car and found that nothing was wrong with it. Didn’t charge me told me that if I needed any fluids topped off in the future, I could come back and they would do that complementary. I trust Good Year with my Volvo, which is not an easy car to fix if a problem arises! Out of all of the places in Naples to go to I refer everyone I know to this location in particular! My dad also brings all of his vehicles there and now my boss brings her vehicles to this, Good Year location! Everyone is always extremely satisfied because they go above and beyond for their customers!"

"I was driving to a doctors appointment and picked up a nail in the tire and was able to barely make it into the Goodyear dealership before tire went completely flat. Ricky was the manager on duty and clearly was having a bad day. I’ve always said you may never know what somebody is dealing with, so I always try to give the benefit of the doubt. However the service and treatment was unacceptable. Basically I could stand in the parking lot and wait until 5 o’clock to get my tire fixed. They said they were too busy. Ricky had a major attitude and his customer service skills are lacking, at least today they were. There was one bright shining spot who’s name is Anthony, who wanted to help and tried until Ricky shut him down. I called my normal mechanic who drove 10 miles to come and repair my tire and fill it with air so I could get back on the road. Yeah crazy as it sounds I’m at a place that can fix it in five minutes but my mechanic had to stop what he was doing, shut his shop down and drive over to help me out when Goodyear would not. It’s kind of weird to see him fixing it in the Goodyear parking lot when everybody was too busy. Check out the pictures so you can see just how busy they were. Would not recommend this place and will not go back again."
