"Beware of buying appliances at Lowes...they give you 2 days to report any problems, and on the 3rd day we found a seal missing to block the cold from the freezer. It was very dissappointing on how they handled the situation. Now the dryer we purchased 2 years ago is not working. We purchased the 5 year insurance and I have to wait 2 weeks to get it repaired. There has to be a company that stands behind the products they sell. Costco or Home Depot will be our next go to for appliances."

"Went to the plant department today and saw Tina who was so wonderful and friendly and it was so nice she gave my dog a treat that she buys with her own money. So nice there are still people like that that care for customers and does so so much more. Lowes is blessed to have her who goes above and beyond."

"Do not buy any plants from this store.. All my cactus and aloe's at my garden center became infected with scale. Lowe's doesn't vet the plants when they come in. It has ruined 60+ aloe's and 28 cactus. I won't sell any plants, for I don't want this to happen to anyone else. Does anyone know how to completely get rid of this species of scale???"
