"Maybe others will have better luck dealing with this Realty but I will certainly not be using them again. I had a 1st floor, 3 bedroom apartment for rent and contacted an individual that worked there for help to find a proper tenant. The business to find a tenant was out sourced to a 3rd party. Lets just say the tenant was not properly vetted and a proper lease was never presented to me. Tenant gradually start owing back rent to a point they stop paying entirely. 3 years down the line, in court currently trying to evict tenant for almost a year now with tenant owing over 30K in back rent. Did some digging and found out tenant did this to previous landlord. Be careful in using the services here."
