"Guest should clean the room even though you have paid $1xx cleaning fees for each stay, otherwise the host would make negative review on you after you are being polite all time and make a five-star review to him lol, and he would tell you that’s his rule in his house. Maybe people are getting used to take free money after the covid. Don’t know why I paid for cleaning but still get bad reviews because he has to actually clean. This is a time that I stop making good review on Airbnb but only bad ones when I feel this way. Your time and effort to say good words are not appreciated but just reminding them being picky on you one more time. Parking isn’t very convenient but you’ll find a place eventually. Overall still a great place to stay - great neighbourhood."
