"Caution: Do Your Due Diligence. I regret to share a less than satisfactory experience with Key Stone Real State of greater NY. Throughout the process of purchasing a property, I encountered numerous disappointments that have led to unnecessary stress and unforeseen expenses. The presentation of the property was misleading, leading me to believe that the house was ready for move-in, only to discover significant shortcomings such as no insulation, water zipping through the property, gutters that were simply put up (not even fully connected to the house), among other basic necessities. I feel that honesty and transparency were missing elements during our interaction, making the process far more taxing than it should have been. It's unfortunate that such an important transaction was marred by these circumstances. I strongly advise prospective clients to thoroughly inspect any property offered by this entity and seek independent evaluations. Buying a home is a major decision, and having all the accurate information is key to making a choice you can be confident in.
