"There's an old lady from Trinidad here. Not sure if she went to school for customer service but boy is she running her customers away. I entered the building, they ALL saw me, no one greeted me. I saw that they were busy so I decided to take a seat where I'm visible to everyone. No one said anything. So after 20mins she peeked at me and waved no smile, I smiled and stated why I'm here. She said "well you have to wait, I'm with a client." Then she said to her coworker, "I'm sitting here she said nothing all this time, so she has to wait then she has the nerve to talk while I'm talking not good." Baffled by her blatant disrespect, I simply took my business elsewhere. I have been in customer service for years, I know when I let someone into my office I GREET THEM not the other way around. You have to remember that if a customer sees you with another client, they wouldn't interrupt. It's your job to inquire why the person entered the office. And I responded to your wave thinking you are speech impaired and can't speak so I decided to let you know why I'm visiting your office. So I wasn't interrupting your speaking cuz you didn't speak."
