"I've purchased multiple properties and in my experience all these seller's agents are the same. They jack up the price to earn more saying 1000 people who want this house and you got come higher. Well, tbh, Roman did the same thing, but apparently there were 1000 people who really did want this house for some reason, and Roman worked hard to make sure I got this property.
