"TERRIBLE landlord & company. They never know when you have paid your rent. They send notices of non-payment when your rent has already been paid. The office does not provide receipts of payments(mind you if they gave receipts they’ll know who paid). The secretary’s call you and never want to give their name (that’s because they do not know what they are doing) and say the wrong information. They do not renovate & just do horrible cover-ups oh & provide you with cheap appliances."
"Nawal realty is a criminal. I have been living in an outdated apartment that I was charged double security deposit for and most of my windows don’t close and now the landlord is trying to illegally evict me so he can charge someone more than the $1,710 they charge me for a white refrigerator and stove. Old linoleum on the kitchen floors and mold in the bathroom."
