"I contacted Page Real Estate to find an apartment in Astoria, Queens via StreetEasy. I was connected with Mihaela who showed me an apartment in the neighborhood, and she did a great job of answering all of my questions about the building and the super. In addition to being super responsive, the process of applying for the apartment and the signing of the lease with Mihaela were as smooth as Michel Jackson's moves in his Thriller music video. If I'm in the market again to look for an apartment, I'm definitely going to be hitting up Mihaela because of how great she was. But I have a feeling she maybe did too good of a job because I'm going to be staying in this large, brightly lit apartment for a while. Added bonus: Her broker's fee was significantly less than The Cocoran Group's broker's fee (their fee is 15% of the annual rent, which I still think is absolutely absurd)."

"They offered no help with getting my security deposit back and essentially threw me to the wolves. I was assured by one of their workers this would not be the case, as well as by the main realtor however it seems their communication was lacking as I never received a response concerning this matter. Overall the energy felt very dismissive as a person who was moving out, as if they no longer cared for me due to no longer receiving rent from me. Would avoid dealing with them if at all possible."
