"Leslie Li did a phenomenal job helping me purchase my first home! She is knowledgeable, professional and efficient. She made the whole process simple and painless. I am so happy about my purchase and look forward to buying my next house with her. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy a house."
"Complete waste of time. Realtor Winnie said she loved our application, then when the owner received our application, he was confused by why my wife’s documents were from Ohio?! Her company is based in Ohio! Then he spent 3 days avoiding us and finally told us he wants to keep looking. Winnie was not helpful and does not deserve any fee she asked for. Screw this company, I’ve been renting in NYC for 15 years most unprofessional experience ever"
"Housing discrimination for sure. I and my husband showed up for a viewing of an apartment in Whitestone with agent Angelina. As we walked towards the property she tells us she didn’t have the key for one of the locks on the door because the landlord told her she won’t need it since the tenant upstairs never locks it. As we walk back towards our car and my husband vents about how convenient it was that she doesn’t have the key meanwhile soon as she saw us come out the car. she could have told us this when she spoke to us on the phone on our way there to tell her we were running 10 mins late for the appointment(she had already been at the house for at least 15mins before we got there) Guess she overheard my husband and miraculously she got the door opened and asked us to come back. To make matters worse as we were viewing the apartment a white guys walks in saying he saw the apartment was listed for rent. I expected the agent to inform him that he needed to make an appointment to view the apartment like we had to but she goes on to attend to this man on our time. We still applied for the apartment anyway, and 3 days later were told the landlord didn’t accept our application. I asked the agent why and I didn’t get a response. Yes I and my husband are African American Go figure."
"Anthony Lin from E Realty International Corp. is an unprofessional, discriminator, time waster, pre-judger based on ethnicity, & inauthentic. I think you get the hint. I expressed my high interest in an apartment that would be ideal for me. I have a dog and mentioned it in advance via text and he didn’t say they weren’t allowed. I went to meet with him and he looked disgusted that I was even there. If you just want to rent to Chinese people just be frank about it. This may sound harsh but it is what it is! He asked if I spoke Spanish when we initially spoke over the phone. How is that relevant or necessary for me to rent the apartment? In the end, I thanked him and said my dog is well behaved and only 25lbs. To which my dog was with me the entire time. When we parted ways, he text me back saying the landlord only wants MINI dogs. It would have been much more logical to say that from the beginning before telling me to meet and even showing us the whole apartment. There wasn’t a dryer, but there was a washer ? He also said the building’s laundry was out of order. Huh? Well, ok then. Such a waste! Horrible!"
"Very unprofessional service . Agent Ying Gu (Amanda) we saw the apartment asked for multiple paperwork and I will contact you just email me the paperwork asked money for a credit check. She never got back. They gave the house to rent to other person now they are renting foe more money. She said we would get the apartment now we have to look else where. Also a family member went with me to translate and then she's asking questions to my brother about who is she and where she lives. Only reason she was there was because she told us about the apartment for rent. These people are very unethical! Take your business elsewhere!!"
